KIPLING reserves the right to modify Terms. We will keep the customer informed of these changes by posting any notifications on our website. The customer's sole recourse will be to discontinue use of the website. Continued use of the website indicates the customer's understanding and acceptance of the modified Terms.
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to VF Europe BVBA. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Kipling. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Kipling has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Product descriptions can be changed by Kipling at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kipling disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Kipling shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that items listed as cabin carry-on/hand luggage meet with current airline restrictions, we cannot be held responsible if an airline or airport change their hand-luggage restrictions and items are declined from being allowed on-board.
Prices are those reflected on the Kipling site. Prices are subject to change from time to time without notice, however any orders placed at a particular time will be governed by the prices listed on the Kipling site at the time of the placing of the order. Quoted prices on the Kipling site do not include postage and packing, which is calculated during the ordering process and added to the order.
Prices displayed on the Kipling site are in British pounds. Our prices include VAT on the product categories where it does apply.
Promotions or sales will be clearly indicated on the site.
You can buy products from us online. Soon after an order is placed and your payment is authorised, you will receive an order confirmation by email together with an "electronic" pdf document (called the "Order Confirmation) for the transaction amount.
Orders will only be processed and shipped if Kipling deems an order complete. An order is deemed complete if all relevant information requested throughout the order process has been entered correctly and the terms and conditions agreed.
Deliveries from shop.kipling.com/shop-uk are made exclusively in the VAT zones of the territory of the United Kingdom.
Kipling does not deliver to the non-VAT zones of the territory of the United kingdom such as Gibraltar and the Channel Islands (Alderney, Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, and Herm).
You can request a delivery address which is different from your personal address by selecting it during the purchase channel, provided that it remains within the delivery zones as stated above.
Kipling provides standard terms of delivery. All orders placed before 12 am will be processed and dispatched to our carrier the same day. The minimum delivery lead time is 3 working days. Delivery dates or lead times are not guaranteed. Deliveries will be handled by third parties, and thus Kipling's ability to guarantee delivery dates is restricted. However, Kipling will endeavour to ensure that delivery dates and requirements are met. Where delivery dates are given, they are without liability and time is not the essence of the contract. Deliveries to the carrier will only be made if the order is deemed complete. Lead times will start from the time of the order collection by the carrier.
Kipling charges the cost of delivery.
The cost of delivery is fixed per order. The cost of delivery is set at £ 7.90.
All purchases you make at Kipling can be gift wrapped. When you are in "My Shopping Bag", simply tick the appropriate gift wrapping box.
Please note that by ticking the gift wrapping box you are ordering wrapping for each item ordered. (ie: if you order 1 piece of a style, you will get 1 gift box; if you order 2 pieces of a style, you will get 2 gift boxes…).
Our team will wrap your bag in an adorable gift box suitable to the size of your bag.
Each item will be individually gift wrapped.
Each gift box has a charge of £ 1.50.
Please note that if the gift is subsequently returned, we are unable to refund this charge.
Kipling accepts returns up to 14 days from the delivery date.
All items must be returned with any authenticity hangtags, protection bags and original packaging.
If the received box is damaged, you can replace it with one of same hardiness and size.
Returns can only be shipped from the country of origin of the order.
Returns are only possible to our e-commerce return service. Returned items purchased on our Kipling website will not be refunded, repaired or exchanged in any of our Kipling stores or dealers.
Items bought with discount cannot be returned.
Kipling prides itself on its service and we are therefore pleased to offer a no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 14 days counting from the day following delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging. Please follow the process below:
If the goods are faulty or being returned due to our error we will also refund any costs incurred in returning the items. Please follow the above procedure.
Please also note that we can only refund to the card used to purchase the goods originally. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from the date we receive your goods.
If the goods have been used and are not in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return.
Kipling will refund your accepted returns in full within 14 days from the date we receive your goods.
Note that if a gift is returned, we are not able to refund the gift wrapping.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Items bought with discount will not be refunded.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order with or without any reason. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging.

Payment is required at point of sale. Orders will not be accepted until payment has been authorised by your bank. All on-line transactions are processed using a secure server.
We accept the following methods of payment: Maestro, Solo, Visa, and Mastercard.
No contract will exist between Kipling and the customer until and unless Kipling despatches the Customer's goods. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and despatch of the goods from Kipling or a supplier. Any and all contracts formed will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Kipling and the customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The services and all information, products and other content included in or accessible from this web site, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and are subject to change at any time without notice to you. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Product descriptions can be changed by at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Kipling website is free from viruses or other infecting programmes. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use the Kipling website.

In the event of the Customer being in breach of any of these conditions, Kipling shall be entitled to refuse to supply the Customer with any further goods, or suspend delivery until all breaches have been remedied.
Kipling shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by the Customer or any Third Party unless it is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of Kipling or its employees, and then only to the extent not excluded by the Agreement. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
The Kipling terms and conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights, and if any term of the Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected.
